Commercialization & Innovation Leadership Program

The Commercialization & Innovation Leadership Program (CILP) is a one-day, in-person program designed for rising innovators at Mass General Brigham. Delivered in collaboration with faculty from Harvard Business School, this hands-on program provides essential skills, resources, and networks to help participants become leaders and champions of innovation.

Mass General Brigham Innovation MESH Core

Mass General Brigham Innovation MESH Core is a two-day, in-person healthcare innovation course designed for clinicians, researchers, entrepreneurs, and professionals from across the healthcare ecosystem. Held in the heart of Boston’s biomedical innovation hub, the program offers a blend of expert-led lectures, interactive case studies, and networking opportunities. Participants will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into the latest trends in healthcare innovation, while connecting with a diverse community of innovators. The course is open to all and offers CME credits for physicians. All registrants will also receive one year of complimentary access to the MGB Innovation MESH Network, an exclusive online platform for ongoing collaboration and learning.

MESH Core: Healthcare Innovation Bootcamp

The MESH Core: Healthcare Innovation Bootcamp is an on-demand, self-paced program designed for early-stage clinicians and researchers. Through an online learning platform, participants will gain foundational knowledge in healthcare innovation, including the invention process, patents, digital health, and AI. The course provides valuable insights to help participants navigate the innovation landscape, collaborate effectively, and leverage Mass General Brigham’s resources to advance their work.

Innovation Grand Rounds

Mass General Brigham Innovation Grand Rounds is a monthly, virtual series open to both Mass General Brigham employees and the public. Each session features talks by leading innovators from across the system, covering a diverse range of topics in healthcare innovation. These educational and experiential sessions aim to foster collaboration, spark discussion, and provide valuable insights into the latest trends and breakthroughs in the field.
