As Vice President, Innovation, Diana is a key member of the senior leadership team, overseeing financial, organizational, business, and outreach strategies to maintain Mass General Brigham's leadership in healthcare innovation. She co-leads the Innovator Growth Division (IGD), dedicated to supporting innovators at all stages to advance the innovation pipeline and shape the future. IGD offers the framework, resources, and expertise to accelerate talent development and commercialization across the system. Through targeted programs for Mass General Brigham's Harvard faculty, leadership, and innovation staff, IGD provides specialized support and customized industry development initiatives, equipping innovators with the tools and guidance to drive innovation forward. Diana focuses on developing programs that cultivate talent and ensure sustainable growth, fostering a thriving innovation ecosystem.
Diana has over 20 years of experience in leading impactful research and innovation programs. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo and a master's in Health Communication through a collaborative program between Tufts School of Medicine and Emerson College.
