Our Employee Resource Groups

Mass General Brigham’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion continues to develop workforce equity by supporting more than a dozen employee resource groups across the system to create an environment where all employees can thrive.

An employee resource group (ERG) is employee-led, open to all, and fosters inclusivity as well as builds community. At Mass General Brigham, ERGs support our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as well as our United Against Racism goals across the system. ERGs provide a way for employees to network, develop, and support MGB by focusing on career/personal development, building community, education, and providing MGB with a group of employees who represent the communities we serve. All employees can access the Communities platform. You do not have to be an ERG member to visit the platform or participate in a listed event.
