Anu Gupte

In her role as Project Manager, Innovation Diversity, Anu Gupte is responsible for the Innovator Community Expansion Initiative (ICEI) and the team’s internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, Anu was a project manager at the Brigham and Women’s Physician Organization (BWPO) and, among her responsibilities, was the project lead for the BWPO Diversity Equity and Inclusion Taskforce, the Brigham Care Redesign Incubator Startup Program (BCRISP), and the organization’s faculty development and well-being efforts.

Anu holds master’s degrees in health care administration from Suffolk University and in project management from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
