Favorite pre-workout snack: A granola bar or dates

Favorite form of exercise: Strength training

Favorite Center technology/equipment: Perch, which is a 3D camera and tablet that attach to any weight rack, allowing athletes to receive instant feedback on their lifting.

Training/client philosophy: First and foremost, an individual must be able to move well in their daily life in order to move well as an athlete. It is crucial to master basic functional movement patterns first, before progressing to more advanced movements. Identifying and addressing any areas for improvement, such as a movement imbalance, is key in reducing our risk of injury and improving our overall athletic performance.

Favorite aspect of working with clients: I consider myself very lucky to have the privilege to help athletes achieve their performance goals. It is extremely rewarding to be a part of their growth and success as an athlete.

Most underrated piece of sports performance advice: Training doesn’t have to be fancy. The basics still work.
