Training/client philosophy: Being a coach is more than just helping people perform exercises. It means being a teacher, a mentor, a friend, and much more. Creating an impact on people's lives, both in and out of the weightroom, is our goal here at the Center.
Favorite aspect of working with clients: As a former athlete, I never had an experienced strength and conditioning coach to help guide and motivate me through a structured program. Now, I get to be that person for all my clients. It's very rewarding being able to help clients achieve their goals and excel at their sports.
Most underrated piece of sports performance advice: Working out is only part of the equation for becoming a great athlete. There are 24 hours in a day, each of which needs to be spent wisely.
