About Kaitlyn

Originally from Rochester, NY, Kaitlyn studied exercise science and was a division 1 swimmer in college. After college, she continued to study sports medicine and completed research on military combat swimmers. Katelyn has coached competitive swimming for over 10 years, and most recently worked as a fitness specialist for the United States Navy. During her time away from work, Kaitlyn enjoys gardening and watching football and hockey.
