Thomas Locke

Tom Locke is responsible for handling material transfer agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, human tissue transfer agreements, data use agreements, and other related agreements. Prior to joining Innovation, Tom was in Supply Chain Management at Mass General Brigham, working on contracts for the OR group. Tom maintained a solo practitioner law practice, focusing on estate planning before joining Mass General Brigham. Tom received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree cum laude in marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
