Alba Chacon, PhD

Alba Chacon is responsible for managing and licensing technologies, arising from the department of surgery and the Center for Systems Biology at Mass General Hospital, the division of genetics at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and the department of urology at Mass General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, she was a postdoctoral fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and an intern at Cornell’s Center of Technology and Licensing.

Alba earned her MSc in molecular biology from Barcelona Autonomous University (Spain) and has a PhD in biomedicine from the University Pompeu Fabra.
