Help Desk staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also find a list of phone numbers for all hospitals on the Help Desk Self-Service website (login required).
Residents and fellows are given a Mass General Brigham email account. To access your account, you can use Microsoft Outlook on a Mass General Brigham workstation, or you can access your email account remotely here. Although the amount of email you can store is currently limited, Mass General Brigham is in the process of lifting the restrictions.
VPN access to Mass General Brigham applications from off-site is available to all staff via AnyConnect VPN.
