4 Does not cover telehealth, such as virtual urgent care
5 International plans are not accepted by Mass General Brigham Virtual Urgent Care.

If you're paying with insurance:
Please see if your plan has an urgent care copay for your visit to Mass General Brigham Urgent Care. The urgent care copay is listed on your insurance card or insurance plan's website, which is typically around $50 - $75 depending on your provider.
If you have not met your annual deductible or any portion of your visit is not covered by your insurance plan, additional charges may be allocated as your responsibility.
If you choose to pay without insurance:
Payment will be requested at the time of your visit. Mass General Brigham Urgent Care offers reasonable self-pay rates, available upon request at any Mass General Brigham Urgent Care location. Please request a copy of the current Prompt Pay pricing guide during your visit.
Please note: We do not accept cash payment at our Urgent Care locations.

You can pay your bill online at Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway, a secure, convenient patient portal.
With Patient Gateway, you can see the status of your open balances. And if you make an online payment, it is immediately posted to your account.

Your rights and protections against surprise medical bills
When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing.
