Scott McNeal

Scott McNeal serves as Vice President for Innovation Operations and Analytics, responsible for the teams executing high-volume financial and legal transaction,s supporting the Innovation business, enterprise research administrative applications, research analytics, and research reimbursement. Scott comes to Innovation, having spent over 15 years, developing processes and systems and supporting analytics that facilitated the transformation of our growing research activities. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, Scott spent years consulting across various business verticals to improve processes through technology and data analytics.

Scott holds an undergraduate degree in political science from Northeastern University.
