Bhamini Vaidialingam is a Venture Associate with Mass General Brigham Ventures, focusing on early-stage company creation. She is an experienced Scientist with more than 10 years of experience in the Biotech/Pharma and has helped to guide multiple Early-Stage Drug Discovery programs. Bhamini previously led several programs at Servier Pharmaceuticals and Agios Pharmaceuticals, where she focused on Oncology and Rare Genetic Diseases both as a Scientist and within Business Development. Preceding that, she was at Boehringer Ingelheim and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), where she led Structure-Based Drug Discovery programs. Bhamini holds BA Natural Sciences (Tripos) from the University of Cambridge, BSc(H) in Biochemistry from University of Delhi, MS in Biophysics from New York University, and MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
