Become an Industry Host

At this time, we are accepting applications for industry hosts.

Host industry expectations

Hosts should be able to meet the following minimum criteria to apply: 

• Host one or more fellows in fellow projects lasting 6–24 months at a minimum of 40% effort (flexible)
• Develop and incorporate a fellow into a collaborative fellow's project
• Provide an on-site mentor for the duration of the fellow's project
• Reimburse the hospital for the fellow’s hospital salary and fringe for the term of the fellow's project, plus pay an annual fellow’s fee to cover program administration costs

How to apply

Step 1

• Host industry applicants submit Innovation Fellows Program industry application to: innovationfellows@mgb.org

Step 2

• Sign master innovation fellows program agreement that serves as the framework agreement for all future fellows and fellow projects, which are added as simple addendums
• Develop one or more project scopes for circulation within our hospital departments to identify interested fellows (fellows program mentors are available for project scope discussion)

Step 3

• Fellow selection: After initial vetting by Mass General Brigham Innovation fellow team, host industry interviews and selects fellow for fellow project
