Our nutrition consultations consist of evaluations and educational sessions with a registered dietician who will learn your weight and injury history, assess your current dietary practices, and discuss with you your athletic needs and goals for the program. Our dieticians will counsel you on the relationships between nutrition, recovery, and athletic performance, and provide individualized guidance on how you can use nutrition for optimal performance and fast recovery. Follow-up sessions can be scheduled to monitor and evaluate your progress towards the goals set by you and your dietician.
