Visits from Home Care clinicians may be in-person or virtual depending on the patient’s needs and circumstances and cover a large service area. The core clinical care delivery team includes:
The Mass General Brigham's Newly Licensed Nurse (NLN) Residency Program is designed to support exceptional new nurses as they transition from their academics into clinical practice. NLNs accepted into the program will begin their careers in home-based nursing care within a cohort model, divided into North and South regions. Over a 6-month period, they will receive comprehensive education, professional development, and ongoing support.
Within their respective cohorts, NLNs will benefit from mentorship by experienced managers and peer support from fellow NLNs. Through a blend of classes and field work, participants will cultivate critical thinking skills and develop an expert nursing practice.
