Janelle Vargas is a bilingual digital access coordinator. She connects patients to tools that help keep their health on track.

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted barriers to health care. These include lack of access to technology and the internet. To help patients without technology and internet, Mass General Brigham has an iPad loaner program. This program allows patients to meet with their care team through virtual visits.
