All shuttles are wheelchair accessible except for the following routes:

Whenever possible, please contact the Mass General Brigham Transportation Department by calling 617-726-2250 at least 24 hours in advance if you need to request a shuttle with a wheelchair lift.

Brigham and Women's Hospital
Brigham and Women's Hospital to 850 Boylston St.
Monday through Friday, except holidays.
The BWH shuttle stop is at the BWH Shapiro Building (70 Francis St.).
The route is: BWH - Brookline Village T Stop (10 Brookline Pl) - Clark Road* - 850 Boylston St. - Chestnut Hill Parking Lot - 850 Boylston St. - Kennard Road* - Brookline Village T Stop (Station St.) - BWH
*Shuttles stop at the MBTA bus stops on Route 9 at Clark and Kennard Roads for the nearby 111 Cypress facility. 850/Chestnut Hill-bound shuttles arrive at Clark Road approximately 3 minutes after leaving the Brookline Village T Stop; BWH-bound shuttles arrive at Kennard Road approximately 5 minutes after leaving 850 Boylston St.

MGH Main Campus to Prudential Center, 1249 Boylston St and BWH
Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Shuttles stop at: Massachusetts General Hospital, Prudential Center, and Brigham and Women's Hospital Shapiro Building (70 Francis St.). The stop for 1249 Boylston St is at the corner of Ipswich St and Boylston St. Shuttles arrive at the Prudential Center approximately 5 minutes after leaving Brigham and 10 minutes after leaving MGH.

Shuttles stop at: MGH Main Campus, North Station, OCC*, and Charlestown Navy Yard. The MGH Main Campus Shuttle Stop is near the Jackson Building doors on Blossom St. Starting at 6:00pm, the Shuttle Stop moves to the Gray Building doors.
Shuttles traveling to the Charlestown Navy Yard stop at the North Station on Haverhill St. near the corner of Causeway St. Shuttles traveling to MGH Main Campus will also stop on Haverhill St. near the corner of Causeway St.
*Service to OCC begins at 6:30am, before 6:30am is upon request only. Service to OCC from the Navy Yard ends at 7:00pm. Service to OCC from MGH ends at 7:00pm, the shuttle will stop at Warren St. upon request.
